Depth Through Accuracy
Learn to achieve depth through accuracy, not brute force. Stimulating the Golgi tendon organs and the musculotendonous junction can “trick” the muscle into releasing to protect the tendon. With accuracy, the technique takes only a few seconds to positively impact each muscle. It can be integrated into any massage and is useful for all clients who wish to improve pain-free range of motion and maximize performance potential.

Maximize Your Performance Potential: Factors Contributing to Energy, Inflammation, and Pain, Part I & Part II
This unique course was created because of the instructor’s determination to help clients explore factors that prevented them from finding lasting relief from chronic pain and reduced energy levels. It will cover lifestyle factors that are controllable by the client in a straightforward yet detailed way. Many of the past students of this course reported exciting changes in their own health and that of their children! This cd/dvd set allows the student to take the course in the comfort of their home, on their own schedule, eliminating travel expenses and the cost of taking a day off from work. Part 1 must be completed before beginning part 2. This set will be available for order January 2, 2011 Email for advanced orders.

Prerequisite: Completion of “Depth Through Accuracy”
This short course will take the techniques previously learned and apply them to your work with your dog. This course is dependent on interest and will need a unique location, so please contact me if you are interested in taking this course. It will likely take place on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon or evening at a canine training facility. Bring your well-behaved dog with you to work on. I hope to price this one at $45-60, depending on numbers and cost of facility rental. I will be shooting for the lowest price! If you have connections with a facility in the Greater Hartford area, contact me about taking the course for free in exchange for securing an appropriate room for the class.
